- Make cheques payable to: Yorkton & District Community Foundation.
- Mail your form (and cheque if applicable) to: Yorkton & District Community Foundation Inc., Box 304, Yorkton, SK S3N 2W1.

To make a donation using Interac e-transfer through your banking institution, simply download and use the printable donation eform - from the YDCF Donation Form Download link below.
- Complete the YDCF Donation Form selecting "eTransfer" donation, and follow the directions on the form.
- Email your completed YDCF Donation Form to: info@ydcf.ca . Indicate in your email if your eTransfer Donation is to be a one-time or recurring, scheduled donation.
- Direct all eTransfers from your financial institution eTransfer portal to:

To make a direct credit card donation, simply download and use the printable donation eform - from the YDCF Donation Form Download link below.
- Complete the YDCF Donation Form selecting "Credit Card" donation, and follow the directions on the form.
- Email your completed YDCF Donation Form to: info@ydcf.ca . Indicate in your email if your Credit Card Donation is to be a one-time or recurring, scheduled donation.
- We will arrange Credit Card Donation details through a phone call or through an in person meeting.

To make a secure, online donation Yorkton and District Community Foundation (YDCF) uses Canadahelps.org for all online donation services.
- Canadahelps.org charges a YDCF a 4.0% administrative levy on all on-time credit card donations, or a 3.5% administrative levy on all recurring credit card donations.
- Online donations to YDCF via our Canadahelps Portal will recieve a charitable reciept from Canadahelps directly. The charitable reciept will be for the whole amount donated.
- Online Donations via Canadahelps.org may be made using your Credit Card, Paypal Account, CryptoCurrency or the value of select Gift Cards can be contributed.
